To save the screenshot, press Ctrl + S keys, and copy, press Ctrl + C keys. While taking a rectangular snip, hold the Shift key and use the arrow keys to select the area you want to capture. Once you have captured the wanted screen or window using the Print Screen key, you must take additional steps. Paste the captured image into an image editor such as Microsoft Paint or Photoshop to edit or save it. To select the type of snip, press Alt + M keys and use the arrow keys to select one and then press Enter. This action will display a drop-down and this will show the windows opened on the desktop, so you can select which you want to take a screenshot of. Then, under Images, click on the Capture option. Tap or click the window that you want to capture.
